Funding Programs For Joint Ventures

Under our joint venture and investor portfolio, clients who seek investment relationships have an opportunity to have their projects reviewed through our joint venture relations department.  Due to the private capital format these projects will only be reviewed under the following criteria and guidelines:

• Strategic review of project by Equity Secure Executive summary
• Business plan
• Strength of all principles
• Management experience
• Ability of project as it relates to the market place
• Executed retention agreement with Equity Secure Execution of all required data
• Full payment of all required fees for the process including, but not limited to, points or commissions associated with the transaction.

Our Direct Correspondent lender relationships allow for borrowers who come to us for financing, the opportunity to have their loan request customized to meet their specific need and goals.
